Thank you to Crossed-Up and Andy for the great ride, organisation and everything that made this ride so pleasurable.... and to Powerflow Justin who helped a few downed bikes and even broke half a tree down that was getting in the way of a water crossing (wish I had a camera for the cool ass-plant)... and to everyone else who came along.

What a way to spend a Sunday!

Was my first alternative route and first proper dirt outing on Helga ( the German bi...erm...lady ;-) ), lekker ride wiff cool people, thanks Andy and all the other dogs !

Fun ride Andy, thanks.

I think we all did pretty well on a seriously snotty run.  I hope the bruises and tired bones will heal quickly.  Nice to see Pure Orange and Piston Pete in Koringberg and Dunce and 1Kat in Malmesbury.

Andy and I still did a quick couple of bospadjies on the way home.

Shot for organising this "Noob" ride, Andy!  ;)  I had a fantastic time!
I enjoyed the muddy bits so much, I would have been quite happy to do the alternative route in reverse from the Moreesburg pub instead of going through to Cornberg Cafe, but the coffee & the food there was excellent!  :thumleft:

Cool beans. We kinda took our time packing up at Misverstand to hang around the area in case of need. Some nice mudbaths huh!
We did not know that you would be in Koringberg Village but i suggested a brunch there after rescuing AntonW the previous week & wanted to show Pure Orange and Cat. It was a lovely surprise to see you all there!
Whats Alfred's handle on the forum...KTM690 wiv Dakar mod?
