In the morning we got a full breakfast with a few variations. Most days we got a snack pack for lunch with dried fruit, nuts, biltong and cheese and a few other variations. Perfect for maintaining energy through the day

Ek dink het een dag wine gums gehad ja maar net die goed genoem wat meestal in was. Daar was ook koekies, chips en ander soet goed maar ek verkies die natuurlike eet goed en dis maar wat vas gestick het in my kop. Ek het ook racefuel bars by my gedra wat werk soos ‘n bom as mens se energie bietjie laag raak

Was die naweek weg en daai wine gums is so deel van my ry soos ‘n helmet.
