Nothern Cape - Places to see?

Well I’m putting together a route for the trip up to the National Bash (see attached).

Are there any places in the Northern Cape that you could recommend that's on route?
The provisional route:

PE
Jansenville
Graaff-Reinet
Nieu-Bethesta
Richmond
Britstown
Prieska
Bash

leaving Thursday to arrive Friday.

Places to stop so far:
Valley of Desolation
Nieu-Bethesta


I would also like to see Augrabies Falls and Verneukpan (both are about 300km from bash in different directions) might do Augrabies as day trip and Verneukpan on the way home Sunday  :ricky:
