Kobus Myburgh
Grey Hound
Morning all,
I once again seek some expert advice please.
I realised over the weekend that my offroad/enduro gear is >10 years old (The last time I participated in an endure). From helmet to boots to everything I still have, and don't have.
With the intention of doing next years Baja, I need to start slowly upgrading/replacing equipment. In the process, keeping costs in mind, I want to give myself the best chance of the least injury and hence the question:
What is the major differences in Kevlar, carbon fibre and the 'normal' helmets, apart from weight and price? And what is the general consensus on quality, longevity and safety.
Your input will be appreciated.
