This morning I noticed that the oil level on my 2012 Adventure was on the minimum level, just visible in the bottom of the sightglass.
The bike was serviced 5000km ago by the aqents, the 1000km service, and after the service I noted that the oil level was right at the top of the sight glass.
So is it normal for this engine to use this amount of oil in 5000km? I asked the agents today but couldnt get a straight answer.
Oh, and its NOT leaking anywhere, just in case that was an option...

I find it very strange for a brand new engine to use oil at this rate. I topped up and it took about 500ml...
