Oil drain plug bolt seized Help!

Help!!! I'm busy servicing my bike only to find out the oil drain bolt is stripped. I tried a vice grip but the bolt won't budge and keeps getting more and more stripped. Thought of using those  easy out things but was told it is a no no so... Will a blow torch work if I heat the metal around the bolt and then use a monkey wrench?
Or what do I do?
