Oil Level

I note that my oil level in the sight glass is right at the top of the glass. I'm thinking that I might have overfilled it a little. Should I drain some oil, or leave it as is? Reading was taken after a little ride, and with bike on centrestand after about 3 minutes.

Is there any disadvantage if too much oil?

If I have to drain, what is the easiest way to do so?
