Then it was a long, winding and VERY rocky climb up towards Iron Crown. Again no stopping for photos, but believe you me......it was proper!

I spent 5 or 10 minutes waiting for the rest and did what most bikers would do........ took pics of the 790 from every conceivable angle  :3some:

Can't imagine that being easy on a big bike. Was great fun on a 500. The view is spectacular up there

Next stop was Iron Crown, the highest point in Limpopo. Those that have been up this rock with a bike can tell you that it is very tricky, with steep incline, step-ups and and a severe camber. I've found it challenging on smaller bikes, having been up here 3 or 4 times before, even more so on the big bike. Only a few decided to ride up the rock while the rest parked down below.
