We are planning a fun-ride in the Overberg the 1 st of August.Anybody interested?
We are planning to be at least 15 riders,lady riders also welcome.
Will be riding the speed of the slowest one!!!!!!! :biggrin:
We will have a bakkie available for any breakdowns. It will be with us all the way through the route.
There is enough space at Botrivier hotel if somebody wants to leave a vehicle or a trailer behind.
Refreshments will be available through the route if someone gets thirsty.
This is not an endurance race,if we do not make the distance,so be it,then we take the other part a next time.
ROUTE:
From Botivier north,then east at the first junction,north at the Villiersdorp road towards the Helderstroom Prison and east towards Greyton,First stop will be at Greyton.Then east along the mountain to Happyvalley,over the hill and then all the way to Riviersonderend for fuel.We will be leaving for Napier around 12:00 for lunch.With extra time in our hands we will go over Napier moutains,and then head west towards Tesselaarsdal and then back to Botrivier.
Well,that is the planning,will see how it goes,otherwise,we can split the route for another time
