Those who are familiar with the trip I did to Lesotho last year will know that I'm no good when it comes to packing light :deal: Well, I'm here to tell you all - I'm a changed man!
In 2 weeks time, Karl and I are doing a short 2 night trip to the Cederberg. And, since it's only 2 nights, and I now ride a XChallenge, I aim to pack as light as possible. Super light. e.g. no tent - I'll either sleep under the stars, or attach a groundsheet to my bike. That sort of thing.
So, any advice on how to keep the load as small and light as possible? Any tips? And what are those things that, no matter how much you want to pack light, are absolutely neccessary?
