Permits and where are bikes allowed in Namibia?

I'm planning a Namibia tour next year in May.
Before I set out any routes, I would like to know what the rule of thumb is for motorbikes and the national parks.
Are bikes allowed to go into national parks? Especially the Namib-Naukluft park to drive say from Sossusvlei to Walvisbaai?
