Yes that's right, it is possible to get fuel at those prices. This is what fuel costs in Angola, I have attached a photo taken in May 2008.
Angola produces its own fuel and then sells it at a price that its poverty stricken population can afford. Now I wonder why Sasol, who also produces their own fuel, can't sell their fuel at a cheaper price at their fuel stations, and stop piggy backing on the international companies...?
