Why i am pissed off. Firstly i love my Bm. The service on the bike has been great, no complaints. The reason you can toor with me today is: In the first quarter of this year i bought a BMW helmet sys v magn matt. R 4,350.00 The sale took place on a Saturday, did not use the helmet as my bike was only collected a week later. Took the helmet back on the Monday as i over the week end decided i was not happy with it. The salesperson i bought it from said no it's fine nothing wrong with it. Now the helmet has become loose fitting on my head.( Us manne usually have the problem of swollen head's) After leaving the helmet with them for a couple of day's they said they could not help me as they only exchange accessories returned within seven day's. So why did they not want to exchange the helmet within 2 days? Was told sell it on the web? to who'm i may ask. I know there is a problem with it. Pity i did not know of the Forum before hand. Would of most probably got better advice on it about purchasing a helmet. My first choice was a Arai.
