After two masjestic falls, both pod covers on my 2008 GSA needs to be replaced. The problem is that at least 3 of the 6 screws have "torn" out of their holes, destroying the threads in the process. I think those are 6mm screws.
Was thinking of getting a 7mm tap and just cut the holes larger, then use 7mm steel caps screws instead of the 6mm Aluminium ones.
Any views on this? Will appreciate your views.
