Powder coating, electro plating & anodizing

Guys, can someone please explain, in layman terms, when you consider what.

I'm busy with a restoration and would like to understand it a bit better.

- Steel pegs I intend to sandblast and then electro plate
- Rims (aluminium) I'm stripping, then cleaning and then unsure whether to powder coat or anodize.
- Spokes will be powder coat
- Hubs will be powder coat - cast aluminium
- Frame is already at the powder coaters

Etc.

Am I on the right track?
