I took mine and my Brother in laws KTM 990's for a service at Rad on Monday and I have to say the service that we both received far outshone any of our expectations. Everything from the original phone call to book the bikes in all the way to the end when they loaded the bikes on the trailer was simple and efficient and we were always greeted with a smile. I recieved a quote from one of the other garages owned by someone I know who gave me a "special deal" because he knows me well and he was still more expensive then RAD, so I would definitely recommend RAD to anyone who wants proper service from a reputable Dealer.
