I have been thinking (I know, its dangerous ;D) the other day:
Would you prefer to stick to the "Highways" or rather the "back-roads" when a light drizzle is falling?
The reason I ask: I've seen motorist loose all sensibility when its raining.
Keep in mind, I'm not referring to commuting everyday.
Highways = any tared main route road
Back-roads = gravel mainly or secondary roads
Pros: Highways: Normally faster, Hard surface, cleaner
Back-roads: Less traffic, slow steady pace, adventurous
Cons: Highways: More traffic, diesel and oil, wheel spray
Back-roads: Normally muddy, dirty, time consuming.
Just for interest sake.
