Finally after much testing and various ways of fabricating , the rear brake discs work very well.
I have done some 2000 km on them.
They no longer wear my rear brake pads down as quick as they did with the first test discs.
Le Cap pointed out in a thread , that due to the lazer cutting a thin boundry layer in the cut was being hardend and hence the cooiling holes/slots were scuffing the brake pads down very quickly.
The slots and holes get de-scaled now before the surface grinding and the results are perfect now.
