Rebound Adjustment

Could someone tell me where the middle setting would be on the rebound my sticker has worn away and i have no idea how many clicks to set this thing to. I have read that i must turn all the way out and then 10 turns in but i would prefer to wind all the way in and then how many turns out for a middle setting.
