Refurbishment of 2nd KLR and sidecar

These were my original KLR's and sidecars. Previously I had already refurbished the red one and now had this as the final result.

I stripped the black one down and found the usual bad welding - which was no surprise this time.

I remade and welded the bottom subframe, fabricated a new front top mount... this went quickly and easily this time as I had the templates that I made up for my other KLR.
