Road Conditions (Coffee Bay and more)????

We need advice on some of the road conditions. We will have some bikes that cant do any type of off-roading, So tar only. (Like a Suzuki SV650)

I hear the road to Coffee Bay is really bad. Anyone have any update of the condition. Is it tar or gravel. How Bad?  ???
