Hi All,
Some of you might know Rockfox from its crashbars, bashplates and other accessories.
We have decided to offer the following services as well.
TIG Welding Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium
Parts design and fabrication
Sandblasting (Fine Grit)
Basic Milling and Lathe Work
Mandrel bending of 25mm tube. (55mm radius)
We have now setup a small Zinc Plating plan, where we can plate nuts, bolts, and other small items. Depending on the amount of items we will be looking at a 24 hour turnaround time. This is ideal to give old bolts a new lease on life. We also have a yellow passivation which gives the metal a yellow tinge.
Next Year we will be adding anodizing and possibly Chrome Plating to the our list of services as well.
Some of the projects we have done:
Building two Amageza motorcycles:
One complete rebuild from scratch, frame and all.
The other was a new subframe and fuel tanks.
Future Projects:
Complete Aluminium Subframe with 16l fuel tank for Rally Bikes.
Below is also a picture of a Buell flat tracker we built up for a client, complete with frame, subframe, aluminium fuel tanks and light board.
