Hello... my first post, but have been a fan for a while.
I have read some excellent trip reports regarding the Sani Pass and am planning to go later this month. Something I have yet to find is about how long it takes to go up the pass... it looks to be about 40 KMs... what's the terrain like, are we talking a couple hours to the top, down and back in one day or a couple day haul? Also, any recommended routes there and back, rather than just the N3 both ways via Howick? Anything else is appreciated.... I'll be coming from Pretoria.
