Bought one that came off a 300 or 450 KTM and obviously, the frame bracket doesn't fit. Called around, but couldn't find the XR650L specific part anywhere. I didn't even try Scott's over in the US, because I can just imagine that I would only be a ble to land it here after paying a ridiculous price for it.
So, I decided f... that, I just make it myself. Here's a few pics and it's almost finished. Only work left is to drill and tap the hole for the clamping bolt and slit it, and make and install the holder for the tower pin:
