Service Help needed - CT

I've been a good boy till now servicing at Atlantic (was always very happy with Shane's service), but trying to save moela now

60 000km service so prob need to replace fuel filter thingy and my rear sprocket looks like shark fins

I use to own a Land Rover but have never serviced my '06 650 single.

Who could you recommened in CT (preference to Milnerton/ Paarden Island area)

I'm even prepared to attempt it with the help of a dog over a weekend  :mwink:
