Service on Africa Twin

After lots of neglect the bike is demoer in needs serious service (carb syncrinose) etc
Fuel consumption 7 litre per km EINA
Was wondering if there is any one that knows of a good place to take the bike and they will be willing that you pay off the amount my plan is to do a lot see attachment if you want to know more.
I can do a lot but I think its time I call in a expert mechanical person.
