Servicing throttle body - how do you get this %$$!@ shaft off?

I bought a set of throttle body kits from Dan in Romania last year sometime. I have a trip coming up next weekend and am trying to service the bodies. I got the throttle bodies off and and the bench, the shaft & pulley out, but I dont know how to get the shaft off the pulley.

If anybody knows, please help - I am running out of patience, time and brannas....
