Hey guys just test rode an 800 GS and i thought it was an awesome bike. My last BM was a 1200 GS which i sold in 2008 and since then i've had a couple of bikes i'd rather forget. I really missed my 1200 and was considering buying another one but the 800 simply cant be ignored.
Are there any reasons i should still rather get the 1200 over the 800 besides the obvious cost difference?
I know what problems to look out for on a 1200 but i have no idea what problems i might come across on an 800, any advice?
I'd be using the bike to get out of JHB on the weekend and find as many dirt road as possible.
