I got a bracket from Rone (thanx again mate) that could be uised inside a soft bag to fit onto the TRAX topbox brackets. I am now looking for a good waterproof and big bag that I can use with this. I am thinking something like a 500grm PVC bag in size 500x350x350. This would easily take two helmets, or my laptop briefcase, or... or... 500mm so that it will fit in between the two panniers so that the lids can still be opened when bike is fully loaded. Probably need a lockable heavy duty zipper.
The base will have to be extra strong (maybe 3mm aluminium??) cause the base is smaller than the carrier and need to be able to cope with the weight on the sides if unevenly loaded.
One should also be able to tie down the bag so that it remains stable when empty.
Anybody know where I can get something like that or have it made up in Cape Town at good price?
