SORTED: Bike suitable for 10 year old

Anyone out there with a bike suitable for a shortish 10 year old, turning 11 in November.  I'm looking for my neighbors son.

PW80 is just just too small and he'll outgrow it too fast.  Crf70 could work.

No interest in Big Boy or Puzey.

His budget is up to R9k.
