Sorted***** ZUMO 500 not receiving power through power cable

The power cable from the Zumo 500 bike cradle to the battery does not provide power to the GPS
The bike cradle also has another fitting for a power cable which can be plugged into a USB port (I don't have this cable unfortunately)
The GPS battery charges when I charge it through my pc
Any advice??
Somebody perhaps have a power cable that is not being used?
