Spares for KLR 650

My buddy resently bought a Lemon, a KLR 650, we are desperately looking for 2nd hand spares to get is opperational again.
Is there any one who can advise where we can obtain good 2nd used spare for a pre 2007 KLR 650? located in the Western Cape, need some help
