Speeding Fine - Summons?

Hey Guys,

I got a little gift from the krugersdorp traffic department.

123kph in a 60 zone on the randfontein road ona sunday morning late for a meeting

In my defence I honestly thought it was a 100kph zone.

Now:

The fine says:

'No admission of guilt' and then 'report to krugersdorp magistrates court' there is no date specified or anything.

Im in Tanzania and i dont know when ill be back again. Will they issue an arrest warrant if i dont show? Anybody with some experience.

I got one on the n1 in midrand a couple of years ago where they claimed they would send a summons which never came.
