My sister still owes me a birthday present from nearly a month ago,

So while I was in Eastgate this morning I popped into Cape Union Mart and had a look around.

Found the perfect thing  :thumleft:

Its a pot type thing made out of stainless with a folding handle and a lid with some holes in it.

With two sturdy plastic mugs inside.

I've been carrying my army dixies with me on trips which are fine, but I've also carried a small hiking kettle, which fits inside the dixies.  But while they work fine they take up more space, and weigh more than this thing.  I have found on bike trips the sort of food I carry is stuff that you just need to throw in a pot and heat up, if you are not going to eat in a restaurant.

This will work fine for that  :thumleft:

Plus the smaller gas canisters you can buy, fits inside it (if you take out one of the cups).

A bit pricey at R250 odd but it does come with a lifetime warranty - what ever that means.  It has been quite well thought out which is what I like.
