Hi guys!
The klr thread has been dead for too long, so here goes!
I took the backroads from Pretoria to Nelspruit last weekend, and on the return journey I realised that the steering head bearings on my 07 fugly is loose again(for the second time this year).
The bike has 33000km on it...do you think I should replace the bearings, or should I simply retighten them? How prone are these bearings to damage? I recall that I had to tighten the steering stem nut,which was loose when the bike had only 5000km on.
