This is one of my favorite rides!

After the amount of rain we had this week I knew we were in for something extra today!

It was a total BLAST

Too many water crossings to count, many many puddles to jump!

We had fantastic weather and a fantastic group, 9 riders. Left at 7:30am and got home at 5pm HEELTYD SPEELTYD!

The wet and muddy dogs were

Jules KLR
Li   KLR
Roxenz  KLR
Fire Cracker   KLR
Killi Kid   KTM640
JayTee   Dakar
Motorhead   990
Jaymoer     990
Jimbo    DR650

Again I need to make special mention of the 3 ladies amongst the thorns, You girls were amazing!!!!
This ride was a little more challenging then planed given all the rain but you all did exceptionally well! Never a grumble or a frown just smiles and thumbs up all day!

Fire Cracker I can Officially say you are no longer a noob!

I don't have any pictures but the others took loads so look out for them here soon!

Thanks again to all who joined

Jules

Yip it had a good lung full!
But a quick removal of the plug to spit out some water and we were on the road again, Only took about 20 minutes.

Wow looks like you guys had a great swim/ride... well done FC  :thumleft:

It was AWESOME!!!!!!!  :blob9:>:D what a ride! When I finally got home I contemplated just falling off the bike in the garage and staying there till morning but I managed to wash my bike first, then the kids got home and offered to help again (its still muddy!) but once I lay down that was me finished!!  :sleepy1: :sleepy2:

Thank you guys so much for the advise and encouragement! 1kms of stone Jules!!! You lied!! More like 10kms!!!  Jay thanks for the help on the stones (I thought you were mad when you told me to go faster but you were right!) :)

You guys ALL rock!! Thank you, I cant wait to do it again, do I need to mention it felt like my tail end was slipping all night?  :ricky:

Oh and I only rode on the grass next to the puddle because everyone was pointing there! saw the major hole while i was on the grass already! Man that was slippery! ::)

Looks like you guys had a super time!!!! Heeehaaaa  :mwink: :thumleft:

No ride is complete without a water crossing.

This ride looks like it WAS a water crossing  :ricky:

Never realized there was that much water about.

Great
