suspension setup

just before goin on the gs challenge ,the dumbass that i am i thought hey let me see what happens when you start tweaking the suspension on the spoedkreef and man am i sorry :?
when i got the bike it was perfect now its not and i cant for the life of me figure out what i did
anyway i rode out to bettys bay last night after work and had a crap ride
just couldnt settle down and enjoy it cos somethin aint right,i am now appealing to the collective wisdom what do i do how does this thing work?
