Guys,
My bike's electrics have turned off then on a couple times when my bike fell over.
Once after a slow speed sand crash, and twice (I think) when the bike fell over on the stand (high winds).
No damage and only way I knew was the clock reset itself.
I have an HP2 Enduro.
Am still getting used to it, only 2,000km so far of my own.
Could it be the battery breaks contact briefly when it falls?
Is a new sealed Yeusa type.
Is a gel battery, so I am not sure if being sideways will stop current flow.
But unless I have a loose wire/contact somewhere, all I can think of is the battery.
I'm going to ask on the BMW Tech site too, will repost if I get any good answers.
Thanks,
Alan
