T63 front, E07 Rear. What pressure off-raod

Hi Guys

What pressure should I be running these on the dirt. Currently I keep them on the tar pressure. (2.6 front, 2.4 rear). When hitting an uneven surface, it feels like the bike is bouncing all over the place. Could this be due to to high pressure?
