Tankwa meandering - Feb advice needed

Hi chaps,

The family is doing a round about trip during during February throught Baviaans, over Hermanus, Knysna, Strand the thenonto my fav part the Tankwa Karoo.... we will be travelling in the Prado though as my disabled son is with us on this trip.

Question is, from Ceres onwards which backroads can be recommended over Sutherland, Fraserburg, Loxton and on to Vvanderkloof? Want to make these days count so any advice on what to avoid as well as recommend will be highly appreciated....
