Technical Terrain - Durbanville or Milnerton area

Hi All

I am looking for a play place. Somewhere where i can quickly stop after work to ride around and improve my skills. I work in Brackenfell and live in Century City, so anywhere between these 2 places can work for me.

I would have loved to go riding in the magic forest (think it would be amazing to get a bike through some of those turns) but that is unfortunately only for mountain bikes.

So, ANY suggestions will be considered!!! PLEASE HELP! Preferably somewhere where i do not need to pay, as i want to do this a few times a week
