Back in full swing with shock repairs we are. Already we are doing 4-5 LC shock repairs a week. Sadly it is a weak spot on the LC GS series.
There are many claiming to be experts and proficient in the LC shock repairs, but here are the reasons why you should send your faulty LC shocks to us.

* When the BMW LC shock blows, you cannot replace parts of the seal head, you HAVE to replace the seal head with a complete new one (part circled in pic)
* Bling King Motorcycles is the only company in South Africa able to import the seal head through ZF/Sachs who make the shocks, your assurance of the correct part being used.
* Bling King are the only ones that strip the LC Shock down to the extent that you see in the picture. Reason being, is that the BMW LC shock can fault in two - not one - different places. One being the seal head and the other we will keep to ourselves. This is what we discover going to Germany to train on the ZF/SACHS series as we did in November and several times before that.
* It is very important to do the counter measures in the other areas of the shock while it is stripped, to prevent the further failure after the seal head has been replaced.
* Once rebuilt the shock must be bled on a vacuum bleed machine. It is also important that whilst bleeding the ZF Damping Valve is excited by the correct current. If this doesn't happen the bleed process will not be compete and it will retain air in the system, which can cause a blown seal again. Bling King Bikes has this correct equipment to facilitate this.

It is an expensive process just to remove these shocks for repair, so make sure the repair is done by professionals who trained in Germany for the job.
Majority of BMW Dealers send their shocks to us for repair, shouldn't you?

As usual it is way quicker to get hold of us direct on: 011 234 8161 (w) 082 450 8878 (C) [email protected]

Ride Safe Folks!
