So in the last week I noticed when starting the idling hovers around 2500rpm but does not settle down to normal rpm unless I switch off and restart..... then this morning it sticks to 5000rpm no matter what! So had to saddle up the old XR650 to get to work this morning.... felt like a donkey compared to the 990 but at least I had a ride!
This is probably TPS related so will hook it up to TuneEcu tonight to check out...... am I on the right track and has anybody had similar issues recently? Is it best to get replacement TPS from KTM?
