Arnold Olivier, brand manager of Triumph in South Africa has extended an invitation to the WD forum to nominate a member to attend the press launch of a new entry into the large adventure bike market: the Tiger Explorer 1200 - obviously recognising the value of involving us with the introduction of this bike!
The launch will be happening in the Magaliesburg area on the first weekend in May, and our representative will be flown in (if required) and put up in a hotel for the weekend. The first night entails a briefing on the bike, followed by a full day of riding the next day.
I understand - considering the bike's disposition - the route will consist mostly of tar, but the opportunity to take in some gravel will be available as well.
