I got this rear shock with the 2005 Adventure I bought this weekend.
I considered keeping it as a spare, but what are the chances of a 2000km old Ohlins replacement shock having a blow out soon!? (I only do 5000km a year on my trip bikes. :imaposer
All looks fine, no leaks and Knob clicks precisely.
Any takers for R4000? (Thanks for your advice here ChrisL)
I determined yesterday from service receipts that it was only used for 10000km after fitted by BMW Bavaria
