URGENT: WILL R1100GS PANNIERS FIT ON A R1100S?

Have got a set of BMW touring panniers (black) that i want to sell but need to know if they would fit a R1100S?

Want to upgrade to Trax....

Please anyone with knowhow or maybe a manual on these panniers for the GS look it up...
