Urgently need a tyre…

Hi dogs, anyone know where or how I can get a rear tyre (120/90/18 or 140/80/18) in Sutherland? I tore a knobbly on my dunlop D606 and plugging it repeatedly is not holding up. I have tubeliss installed.
