Hey guys,
I'm looking into buying the Uvex Polycarbon helmet.
I've tried doing as much research as I can (incl. all the posts on WD on Uvex vs. other helmets) and it looks like the one, considering my budget.
Wrt. all the aspects when buying a helmet (Safety, fit, weight, noise, etc.) I found that it's not a bad buy and best value for my money.
I am also aware of the problems experienced with the peak noises (mostly on the carbon ones) but that can be sorted out.
So, my question is: How is the noise levels on these Polycarbon helmets? I am not a speedster, but do expect good noise levels when cruising at 120-140km/h, 150km/h max.
Anyone out there that owns one of these? Your experience?
