So in the beginning of 2010 I took one of my vintage Vespa's to get a make-over.
I then decided I would sell it it to help fund my Africa trip, so told Tim and he offered to sell it for me. I thought it would be a good idea, as it would be less effort for me to deal with.
He sold the bike sometime towards the end of 2010 while I was on my trip. R21 500.
He couldn't pay me while I was away for some reason. When I got back in March 2011 I phoned hima few LOADS of times and got some of the money back. But didn't see a cent in 2012. He still owes me R9500 which I could really use now!
Every time I call him its a different story and excuse. Thought about breaking his legs but don't want to get in trouble. His uncle is a judge, which he has told me so many times.
What do I do?
