Hi,
I know this is a bit of an open ended question and I would like it to be more specific, but here's the rub:
- I am going to China from 20 Sep (next Fri) to 14 Oct (just over 3 weeks).
- For most of this time I will be attending a training course in Tianjin (South of Beijing). I will also travel to Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai for site visits.
- I have no idea how much free time I'll have or whether I'll be able to do any shopping.
- I am willing to give it a try, to hand carry a few things as if for own use
- I wouldn't like to carry electronics (iPads, etc.), rather bike stuff (small parts, gloves)
- the smaller the better (I'll have a limited capacity to carry stuff)
- the more accuracy about where to get it, the better (if you can pre-source)
- I'm not going to advertise this to widely - the F650 "brotherhood"
gets preference
I would also appreciate some general advice on where to look for good buys (for myself) in these categories:
- outdoor gear
- surf gear (wetsuits)
- shoes (formal, safety boots)
